Greetings from the e34 section, Im working on putting together a group buy on euro tail lenses for our e32s. The gentleman will cast a clear variant of the amber segment and we would install them ourselves. They would be $85 per set. They ask that i have ten people sign up and have 5 down payments before they begin production. This is the company who will be producing them:

Are these not already available via eBay?

Or do you mean JUST the clear turn part? I found those too for $200. That insane.

Im not seeing the image for those lights in the link, but I am obliged to think theyre the cheesy crystal clear ones, otherwise, at that price, a lot more people would have euro tails.
*edit: scrolled down and they are the cheesy clear ones*
These that are possible mirror the ones that cost $200, but at better quality and a lower price. We get to keep the classic, factory look as if BMW actually made euro tails on a larger scale, if at all.

This would be the end result:

Okay, that makes better sense. $85 is reasonable for custom work like this. But $85 is too much with my other vehicular priorities. I hope you make your goal. Im seeing if someone can make bumper inserts to remove the U.S. side markers.

That was fashion 10 years ago, somebody on the German forum made them, someone in Austria, and a company in Sweden, then called Radicast.
http://www.7-forum.com/forum/5/weiss...e32-33001.html
In 2009 someone from Austria made them and he was asking for about the same, additional $45 including conversion, special glue $15, because one has to break out the old yellow ones and glue in new ones, that is NOT a single parts, the taillight original is one part.

here in pic 3 is shown how to break out the yellow part http://www.7-forum.com/forum/5/fix-n...ten-88269.html
in post # 155 there are detailed instructions how to
I will stay with original, even in Germany the white ones are out of fashion, original is the trend again.

Shogun asked me to translate the following post and include the pictures from there:

Here we go:
Required tools:
- ratchet with 8mm socket
- angle grinder with 1mm cut off disc and a flap disc
- dremel with 1mm cut off disc, tapered and flat grinders
- silicone remover
- 1000 grit sandpaper
- black adhesive (Translator's note: I suppose he means some sort of poly-urethane adhesive)
- at least three clamps, preferably plastic
- pliers
- small flat screwdriver
1. Remove tail light from the vehicle using the 8mm ratchet.
2. Cut along the green line (Image 2) using the angle grinder. Don't cut too deep.
3. Remove the part hatched in blue (Image 2).
4. Break off the part hatched in yellow (Image 2) using pliers and the screwdriver. Make sure that the lower part doesn't break, it has to be cut.
5. The trickiest part: use the dremel with the cut off disk and cut the lower edge in a straight line (Images 3 and 4).
6. Clean the corners and the all surfaces using the various dremel grinders.
7. Check the fit and grind either the glass or the tail light.
8. Apply 2mm of adhesive.
(Translator's note: I suppose you should now insert the new glass.)
9. Hold in place with the clamps, make sure they are not too tight.
10. Let sit over night.
11. Check whether the light is water tight.
12. If necessary, add adhesive.
13. Install.
14. Be happy that it worked.
(Translator's note: don't blame me if you messed up your tail lights.)
