Reference the photo SteveCT has in post #31. It says the vehicle is located in Portland, OR but then says shipping is available to the United States. Everything about this auction (price, location, seller feedback, lack of response) screams SCAM. Not sure how anyone could still think this was real.

75k Euro is around $96k U.S. Although way over my budget, that seems to be where the nice CSI's are trending. I really like the dark tan interior. You don't see that too often.

It is said to be Individual ordered model,,, but I am surprised that there is another post a member posted here with cheaper price maybe if you are interested I can ask for you if it suits your budget then you continue the transaction with seller.
    Cheers.

The black Individual CSi has the optional reverse-fitted throwing stars, which provide optimum brake cooling when travelling at speed in reverse gear.

Beat me to it... Wheels aside, this seems like a good buy at 55k Euro. Can't be imported to the USA yet, though.

    There's a 1994 850CSi currently FS in UK, 75k miles, asking £GBP77.5k ($USD105k).
    https://www.carandclassic.co.uk/car/C950034

VEERRRYYY optimistic price for that car here in the U.K. If it sells for that I would very surprised but happy 😉😉

A couple have sold sold at auction last year in the U.K. for around the £35/40k mark. One at a dealers for 55k and a very low 10k mileage one for 90k+

Then there was the minty green one at 50k+ but that was LHD and probably found its way back to the fatherland?

Around 60 or so left here in RHD in the U.K. so it's rare that more than 3 or 4 come to market per year.

One of the more well-sorted RHD CSi's - you'll be watching sale prices with interest, no doubt.

I'm inclined to agree...have just increased the insurance cover on mine, but in 12 months time I'll need to review it again.

Good idea They were pretty much unknown and still are to a large extent. The serious collectors have spotted what a rare beast these cars are and will be locking them away like fine art.

And missing the radiator shroud plastic fixings...that kind of thing really annoys me. Cheap part that makes the car look uncared for if missing.

An optimistic price being asked for this US-spec CSi, which needs plenty of work.

Hello Bimmerheads, its my car for sale for criticizing!( Well I had to start somewhere didnt I? I mean it is an original car and NO the plastic cover isn't missing, just im too lazy to put it back on since my taking all apart and restoring for last 3 yrs!!! and before I took the picture!! Took me way to long to get this old beast of a progect finished! Then realizing ..potentially how much they are worth. But what a great cool car, I must say!! Ask away questions. I think we know the pricing is in this ballpark. If not well, then maybe not time to sell. But these forums and email is available to anyone who wants to make an offer? Like i said in the description, the front spoiler is the only thing not original, quite typical in California(where it came from) with those HUGE parking stops that you forget about.....after you hit them and break off your $900 spoiler!!HA Anyway its a 2 owner car, I have not registered it as CT doesnt give out titles anymore so I'd rather sell it and not make it 3rd owner and have a title to give someone. If no sale then I might register and enjoy! I have a few private investor /collectors guys interested in this and my 560Sl with 34k miles...so we will see. Im newer to the Bimmer forum, but been an avid BMW owner and enthusiast for 30years. Ill put newer pictures up this weekend since I sense the sensitivity on looks, which is a great point, cant sell something if it doesn't look right,So thanks for the tips!!!(
    thanks!

Jim, keep in mind we can sound like a bunch of snickering old hens sometimes but the lesson here is this: When a car is presented, especially at top value, it really shouldn't have any obvious and easily remediated flaws... because that signals the immediate response of "if they are too lazy to do the little stuff, what else is wrong with it?"

My advice? Paint and mount the front spoiler. Install the plastic stuff. Take PROFESSIONAL grade pictures, not pics of the interior with screwdrivers hanging out of the ashtray and pics of the instrument cluster that have a bunch of rag lint on the lens (looks like dust inside the cluster!). Take some pride and care in your presentation and you'll get $100k+... or, keep it the way it is and keep dropping the price... your call.

Hi Jim, thanks for chiming in!
In selling this type of car - particularly one as rare as the 850CSi - the two key elements to a good sale are comprehensive maintenance history and presentation.
Seems like you've been busy getting the mechanicals and maintenance items completed, so if you can get the presentation properly sorted, I believe you'll be somewhere close to the ballpark with this sale.
    All the best.
