I have e34 525i 1991 non-vanos manual transmission and I want a M5 (S38 - S50 - S52) engine that fit easily because I can't replace everything for the new engine
and what should I replace in general for this swapping

The S50 and S52 came in the E36 M3, not an M5. S50/2 would be the easiest to swap in. For an M50NV car, IIRC you would need the E36 M3 DME/ Proper chip a VANOS engine harness, Coolant pipe adapter/ harness, your M50 oilpan and engine sensors. Probable a few other things that I forgot, but that is a start.
