you should still be able to get one... I'd contact your local dealer... that is the best way. if they can't get one, they may be able to tell you who can.

Heck the dealer where I got mine, Devonhill BMW in Devon, PA has a brand new triple black 2001 M Roadster, leftover, MSRP is like $46.7K, they are advertising at $41.8K!!!

You should be able to get 2002's no problem. I understand in CA and FL demand might be higher for a car like the new M Roadster, but I still think you can get them at MSRP, if not a few grand under.
