Would they fit e39's side molding? Would love to purchase a set.

Yes and no. The dimensions are the same, but the fastening method on the back is different. If you shave down the two pins off my set, you can apply some adhesive or use a mechanical faster as I have. You only need to source two screws to secure using my method. Either way they will be secure. The photos below were taken today as I installed them on my 2002 M5.

Anyone who has bought these - how are they holding up in the sun now that's it's been a good amount of time?

    E36...
I've had them for about 6 months and started fading. Might have to order another pair soon if still available....

Dang, 6 months is pretty crumby. I really want to get rid of my dumb M3 emblems but I don't want something to be faded that fast either.

I've had them on my '95 since September of last year and they still look good. But I must admit that the car doesn't see the outdoors much.

Keep in mind we're talking about a $40 investment. Less money than what you would spend on two movie tickets a large popcorn and a drink. It's not going to break the bank.. I hope

    98 M3
FYI, bought a set about 8 months ago. Still looking and holding up well. Much better than the reps I bought from Khoalty.

    - 98 m3, techno/anthrazit cloth, 124k and officially worthless - 89 m3, alpine/black 143k and officially old - 2000 323it, tiag/grey, 169k and officially boring
