Just the ecu.

Yes. Active sticker plastered on the housing and the chip.

It came with a used CES stage 2 kit I purchased previously owned by turnerncm3.

it's a MAF based tune so it should work fine.
Eventually it will run out of fuel and/or spool up could be rich or lean slightly.
