Does anyone has this tool that may let me rent or borrow it?

Valve Spring Compressor. For M44 Engine 1.9 L as found in Z3 type E36 Chassis. And 318i type E36 Chassis.
Post a picture if you can. Could not find anything on first number. I have some tools from when I used to rebuild heads.
Sent PM back to you. I did not subscribe to this and had a full day yesterday. Are you rebuilding the head or just replacing the valve seals with head on the car? The M44 head is basically an M50 / M52 / S52 head with 2 cylinders chopped off from what I remember.

Just replacing a stuck lifter, head still on the car.
That lisle tool may be your best bet if you cannot find what you need. I would rotate your engine to get that piston in its highest position. This way it can support the valve and prevent it from dropping inside cylinder.
You can try this in a pinch

These springs can be compressed with enough push. Helps having a second pair of hands. Pm me your email and I can show you an adapter tool I built for this purpose. I can mail it to you if you think it will help you.

If you are just replacing a lifter, there is no need to compress the valve spring. The M44 does not have separate cam trays. Drop the chain, remove the cams, pull out the lifters. If one is truly stuck and not just collapsed, you'll be in for some trouble.
Edit, just dawned on me you're trying to remove the rockers with out pulling the cams. Creative use of a pry bar will get that done.
