Yes, definitely NOT a Baur! Baur never built an E21 full cabrio, but several others did, including Lumma and Peters. But from the looks of it, and the fact that the 'top is missing', it is most likely a DIY chop top. In which case the 'top' isn't missing at all..... unless he is referring to its original cut-off roof! It never HAD a convertible top!
