F80/2 M3/M4 Exhaust Valve Delete Kit

Selling an exhaust valve delete kit for the F80/82 M3/M4. A popular mod is to disconnect the valve system rendering it unable to open and close according to factory settings. The only downside is that you are left with exposed connectors which can become corroded or full of debris from everyday driving. The valve system has an integrated plug, that means if you damage the plug then you need to purchase a new valve motor.

This valve delete kit is a clean and simple way to seal your factory connectors while allowing you the fun of having the valves disconnected with no risk of damage. This kit is not only for those looking to disconnect their factory exhaust valves but also for those running exhaust system which may not use a valve system. This way you can keep the valves sealed and the factory wiring protected on the car for ease of installation (great for those with leased vehicles!) Both connectors have been sealed with silicone to seal out any moisture or dirt from fouling any electronics. This kit can be installed in no more than a few minutes and removed just as easily.

All items included are as follows: Price is $40, Shipping is offered WORLDWIDE

There will be a new run of kits coming in the next week or 2. If you would like to be put down on a list PM me and I will be sure to message you as soon as they are available.

-2 female connectors for OEM wiring
-2 Male connectors for Valve socket
    -4 black zip ties

Included are all 4 plugs, all have been completed sealed with silicone as necessary. As well as the plugs, 4 black zip ties will be included to finish the installation cleanly.

    Installation Instructions Below:

A video showing the installation process can be found below:

This is how you will find your factory wiring (passeneger side of vehicle shown, driver is a mirror image essentially).

In order to disconnect the factory plug you need to reach on top and depress a small lever and it will release and pull back. You can see the small lever you need to push on in my product pictures.

This is what it all looks like disconnected.

Next step is to simply install the plug into the valve, here we will be using the male plug provided (shorter of the two). This is done by sliding it in until you feel the latch click and it locks in place. The plug will only fit one way, do not force anything, if it doesn't feel right flip it over and attempt again.

Now that the valve is taken care of we need to tie up the loose connector. First simply slide the female connector (Longer of the two) into the factory plug. This will also only fit one way so do not force anything, just try both way and you will feel which is right.

Now that the wiring is sealed up all that is left to do is use the provided zip ties to keep the wiring from dangling and flapping around. Simply fold the wiring back on itself and tie the two together. I felt that left the plug a little floppy so I folded that back and zip tied it to the wiring to keep everything tight and together. Trim zip ties accordingly once everything is secured.

At this point we are all done and can admire our work. Its nice to enjoy the fun this cheap mod can provide without the risk of damaging sensitive electronic components.

Repeat the same on the other side and you're all done. Be sure the valves are in the open position before disconnecting the plugs and installing this kit or your valves will stay shut and be unable to open!

If you have any questions pertaining this kit please feel free to PM me and I will get back to you as quickly as possible!
