Not that I know of yet. Since I'm new to Bimmers, I don't know what a VCG is but I'd be willing to help if my schedule works out.

What's up guys. As of the writing of this post I have received a few PM's about getting something scheduled. I would offer to host an event, but I don't really have the space. Is anyone willing to offer up their garage? Or would people prefer to meet up at a restaurant first to get to know each other first. I would prefer to keep it as close to 75 & 380 / 75 & 121 area as possible.

Hey everyone, I'm down in the Victory Park area and have been thinking it would be great to have a group like this. Living in an apartment next to the American Airlines Center, (Free parking, just hit me up) so I am limited on space and tools. I've got plenty of work to do on my 04' z4, mainly replacing Valve Cover Gasket and probably the Vanos rings at the same time. I'd love to meet some local gear heads to have a beer and talk cars

I would like to get a meet and greet set up for sometime in late September or early October. Probably meet at a restaurant or bar and see who everyone is. Thoughts...opinions....?

Sorry for the delay in my response. My car was hit in a parking lot and has been totaled. I've been dealing with that for the past couple of weeks. I would like to set something up on a Saturday night and was thinking Oct 24th would be good. Does that date work for everyone? There is a craft beer place that just opened in Allen near 121 and 75. It's called The Brass Tap. They have food there as well.

I'm going to have to pass for now b/c my Bimmer is not currently street legal. I'm hoping maybe next year I'll be able to make it street legal but not sure I want to risk a drive that far w/o a license plate.

I'm sort of late to the party. Wife and I moved to McKinney from Denver just over a year ago.
I'd definitely be down for some form of meet up as I don't know a whole lot of people around here yet.
On a semi related note - does anyone know of a reputable repair shop for BMWs in the area? The service light came on on my 07 328xi and I want to get it looked at. I used Spec Motorsports once last year to get a couple things looked at, but it appears that they're no longer in business. /end threadjack

Things have been pushed back for now. I'm looking into a more central location since people would like to meet from all over the metroplex. I moved from Denver about 2 years ago. Welcome to Texas!

I just got my E46 back down on the ground & will be getting an alignment tomorrow. Then I'd be down to meet up.

I'm in Richland Hills close to NorthEast Mall and know E28s(528e, 535i) E39 M5s, and starting to figure out E36s(beater ti). I'm not on here very often but think it would be great to meet up and I have a 4-post lift if needed.
