2002 325ci needs dme and ews alignment everyday Help

So my 02 325ci needs the dme and ews aligned pretty much every day, I can align the units today drive it home and most likely in the morning I have to align it again to get it to start, battery is new just in case but one thing that its that the when the car is off I can see my battery voltage through the power probe but once the car is running it seems that the alternator is sending a ground signal and my voltage is readable but not clearly as its all over the place.... Could this be the culprit of my issue?

Also forgot to mention that my cluster is not working and gives me a code saying the vin in the cluster does not match

The cluster and/or the light control module store the VIN & mileage, so they must be working properly for the DME & EWS to function. I would check fuses & connections to both units.
