Thanks to my current engine failing in my 325i, the timetable has moved up on finishing the m50b30 gt35r turbo build. I have just about all of the auxiliary parts including oil pan baffle, forged rods, cleaned and lapped valves, new bearings, the works. I’m waiting on gaskets to show up and will be installing a higher perform clutch kit at the same time I put the new engine in.
What do I need to know about setting the timing on the cams? The new setup should be in the car by the end of July and this does include a stand alone complete with afr and internal map.

what cams are you running and do you have a set of stock timing blocks or a pair of 3d printed blocks from Someguy?
