what turbo to use for 400-450hp fast spool m50

i am building an e36 m50b25tu for daily. I want 400-450hp fast spool. I'm going to buy Chinese dual ceramic bearing turbo.
    specs: serial cams
double head gasket 1.75mm + spacer 0.8mm (widely used in europe)
    arp studs
Stock internal with connecting rods and crankshaft bushings, ACL.
    98 octane gasoline
    ecu speeduino PCB M50
    Manifold exhaust: https://www.ebay.es/itm/112344477237...mis&media=COPY

which turbo will suit me best for fast reel?
    400-450whp double ceramic bearing turbos:

    -GTX3582R-10 copy - option 1

    Compressor details
    a/r 0.70 anti-surge
    air inlet 4"air outlet 2.5"
    inducer 65.70mm exducer 82.46mm
    Turbine details
    a/r .63
    Turbine housing flange:T3 flange
    Exhaust outlet : 4 Bolt
    inducer 68.00mm exducer 62.30mm
    Tirm:84

    https://www.ebay.es/itm/224496222283...mis&media=COPY

    -GTX3576R-10 copy - option 2

    Compressor details
    a/r 0.60 anti-surge
air inlet 4" air outlet 2.0"
    inducer 58.30mm exducer 76.40mm
    Turbine details
    a/r .63
    turbine housing flange:T3 flange
    Exhaust outlet : 4 Bolt
    inducer 68.00mm exducer 62.30mm
    Tirm:84

    https://www.ebay.es/itm/224412710670...mis&media=COPY

    -GTX3576R-8 copy - option 3

same specs as above but turbine A/R 0.82

    https://www.ebay.es/itm/224412672583...mis&media=COPY

    --------

with option 2 will it be enough for 400-450hp?

I also want to know which turbo lubrication oil restrictor is suitable. 1-2mm is ok?

I know it's not the best exhaust manifold, but other better manifolds go up to $900-1000.
And I haven't said it before.
Thank you very much and greetings from Spain.

I'm currently using a GTX3576R chinese clone with the .82 turbine A/R, and it seems to spool quite fast. On pump gas I make 300whp @ 4300, 496 @ 5200 where it stays at 496 until redline. I do have an extra 500cc of displacement though as I built the motor with the M54B30 crank to get an M50B30 motor, along with 8.5:1 pistons.

And on a little 2.5L that will spoil a mid size turbo more slowly in daily driving

I found the t4 .82 turbine too laggy for my 3.5L m106 (basically an m30b34)
The t3 .68 was much better for around town.

It will do it with less stress on the engine. That smaller turbine wheel is really not suited for these engines. A 3582 will spool just fine on a 2.5L and not choke the engine up top where it will tend to be. Emap problems slow down the response of the system, not the other way around. Then you speak of running copies which are not as efficient as a genuine Garrett counterpart. This makes it a no brainer.

I really liked the GT3582R on my 3.2L S52, even with a single scroll manifold. Maybe it would be ok on a 25% smaller motor with a twinscroll manifold, but I would want to read from someone who tried it. I ran mine to just over 600 rwhp (it was just a GT and not a GTX and had a 0.83 housing and that was about all it would do). I think if I was choosing a turbo for 450 rwhp, though, I would lean towards a smaller and more responsive turbo.

Just tuned another car (1jz MK3) with a GTX35r China special copy, made a peak of 365whp at 17~18psi and pump 93 octane on my Hub Dyno. Video will go live on my Youtube channel as soon as I launch it. One thing I just don't understand is why all these folks on here will chime in on things they have never done or experienced. Here I am just doing it, and reporting my findings! Hope everyone has a great weekend!

What was the boost, horsepower, and torque at 2500 rpm, 3500 rpm, and 4000 rpm and how do you know it spools better than a GT30R wound on the same motor or are you simply saying that you find the response to be sufficient for your driving?

Had helped a friend do a GT3076R on a 2.8 and it was a little light on flow. OE, factory-like spool, but ran out of breath.

As mentioned, here's said video. You know, in case anyone wants to see it. 17~18 psi and not horrible IAT's, just no airflow to support real power. That's a ching chong, ding a long, GTX35R baby!

Garrett lists the GTX3576 and GTX3582 as having the same 62/68mm 84 trim turbine wheel. Am I missing something here?

nope not missing anything - it's the compressor wheels that differ, not the turbine

Hey zoomy, do you have a screenshot of your ignition map? Im sticking with stock comp for the time being but it’d be nice to have something of a baseline to start working from.
