24v Aluminum Valve Cover Heat Shields

There has been interest in a heat shield for the valve cover to keep ignition coil wiring from melting, so I made up a few shields to try out. They are made of aluminum, and will fit both OBD1 and OBD2 valve covers. I've gone through a few iterations and found dimensions that fit nice and snug without rattling. Also included would be knurled nuts to mount these to the stock studs (I have extended studs in the pictures for testing fitment. Included nuts will sit flat on the cover).

There are many options for colors/finishes:

    Raw
    Polished
Red, Black, White etc (high quality paint that comes on industrial sheet metal).
Powdercoated (would be a little more cost added - probably around $20-30)

    Pricing is $110 shipped.

I can get raw, polished, and painted ones shipped starting about one week. Powdercoated would take a little bit more time, and will only happen if there is enough interest to do a batch, so I will gauge interest on that. Thanks.

A picture of some of the polished and raw coil covers that shipped out yesterday. Also the included hardware. I have stock to make a few more if anyone is interested.

I've had a lot more interest as of late (it must be getting hot out) so I've decided to do another run of these. About 1 week to ship Priority Mail.

Please PM me or email at cj.surrusco (that's a gmail) if you would like to order one.

    Thanks, CJ

All orders have shipped out. I have made a few extra that are available (pictured on right), they can be given a brushed or polished finish. Two of them do not have the small bend on the bottom (mostly cosmetic).

I had no issues with fitment or shipping. This is an awesome piece!

Do you think you can make a fuel rail cover to match?

Thanks for the kind words guys.

I could probably make a fuel rail cover also, but it would be pricey unless you could find a few more people that are also interested.
