    Dash Wood trim removal?

Anyone have an idea how to get at the wood trim above the glove box? I can feel 2 plastic nuts, one on the left upper and one in left center on the low end of the trim. There are also 2 screw studs right center lower and right side upper that have no plastic nut. everything on the right feels tight even though there are no nuts. Is that it or are there any metal tabs that may be bent over like the door trim? I am refinishing the wood and I'm having a hell of a time trying to get my hand and arm up behind the dash. Thanks for the help.

its hard but you have to remove the 2 plastic nuts toward the center of the car then slightly pull out on the wood from the center side then pull toward the driver side and the wood will come out hope that helps JIM

Remove the HVAC panel and you can access the two nuts. Then just pull and slide towards driver side. just don't force anything.

going through the HVAC panel is the best way, I got mine out by going through the glovebox and it was a major major major pain in the ass. The one nut is literally right there if you take the HVAC panel out.
