It’s going to be a daily. I’m not Swapping this one. Baby #2 is on the way and I can’t fit a second car seat in the back of the M3 that I daily now. The plans were to part out the primal swapped 540, so all of the little upgrades it has will go on this car. The actual drivetrain will be going into the Mustang.
What made you go with the Lokar rod shifter over a cable unit?

Sorry, should have been more specific. Lokar makes the same shifter in both a cable and linkage design. Why did you choose the linkage over cable?

I may have missed it, but I thought the cable design was only for the shifter that mounts to the tail housing of the trans. It’s entirely possible that I overlooked something here too. Probably would have gone with the cable style had I found it.
