BMW Z3 Missing Fuse Box Module

I bought a 1999 BMW Z3 2.5L fairly recently, and a few days ago I checked the fuses for the first time. As I was doing this, I noticed that there was an empty spot for one of the cubic modules. Looked like someone removed it and neglected to replace it. Does anyone know what the missing module does? And what should I search for to get the proper module?

Also, the fuse diagram on the fuse box lid mentions a couple of fuses in the cabin, below the steering wheel, but I could not find them anywhere. Does anyone know where to find these fuses?

    Thanks in advance.

Not all fuse spots are used on every model

Not all relay spots are used on every model

I'm not near a diagram right now, but my guess would be that's the spot for the Canada DRL module. It wasn't used in the US cars. The bus fuses are up beside the steering column. You must remove the panels to get to them.

Okay, scratch that. I found a diagram. That might be the horn relay. Does the horn work?

No, the horn doesn't work. I'll check out the horn relay.
    Thank you for the tip!
