Nice I wish I had a local tuning buddy I'd love to mess around with standalone but without any local knowledgeable tuners around I just don't think I want to go down that road. Definitely stoked to see your build come together! Should be pretty ridiculous

What blow through did you mess with? I will be trying out the ford slot style MAF, with resistors maybe. Hopefully make a setup capable of the stock engine!

I have a local friend that is going to try out tuning with this, this weekend! Hx35 m50 e85 though.

He is using ostrich 2.0, hpx MAF, and 80lbers.

Local guy is trying his hardest to get a solid
Tune. Started with the 60lb/hpx MAF and such XDF that evil tuning sent me. Live tracing works, and they are having success so far.

Don't be scared! One of these days we will have calibrations for all sorts of MAFs/injectors so we can all have base maps very easily, and fine tune from there(the easy part.)


Hpx MAF, hx35, good n tight, m50tu stock, e85 and 80lb

Can someone explain how to add in the HPX transfer files into tunerpro?

I'm trying to use a different MAF then the HPX pmas version..so I need to alter the maf table.

I have a 30 point transfer chart but am unsure exactly how to load this into tunerpro, and the bin i want to use.

How does it know what the voltage is?

If I say i want a 256 line column or row, does it just divide the 30 points i add into 256 cells?

I would assume my first cell should say 0 correct? then the last would be at 5volts?

Is this correct?

I understand about the best fit curve, but I guess i have questions about how to add this into Tunerpro.

This is the first time i have used tunerpro. I am very familar with megasquirt. (have an aircooled Turbo VW running megasquirt)

Just trying to learn.

You just define the table and paste the generated HPX data in. TP instructions have the steps for defining tables.
