How tracking and autocrossing affect a 1M's value

I'm looking very seriously at a 1M with 16k total miles. PO says it has about 120 miles of combined autocross and track use.

What do you all think? Is this of any concern?

I'd check tires, brakes, fluids and bushings for any significant wear on them.

Ok thanks. It's being sold by a BMW dealer in my area. Any particular inspections I should have done? It's on it's second set of tires which are RE-11's.

120 miles is like a track weekend. Nothing I'd be concerned about honestly.

Nice they disclosed that information though
