Great advice my friend once again !

Yup, that is it. Since you are getting two as the same time, might as well to replace both of them unless you know for sure when the ones that are in there were replaced last? Or you can just keep the good one as a spare in case one does blow out on you later on down the road.

Well the infinity FX35 DS2 bulb that I had on my motorcycle is the same as the BMW///M3 bulb.
So I just swap it since I don't use the motorcycle with headlights any more.

    Hi there friends,
Looking for some advice on rotors pads and tires for my ///M3.

My rotors are pretty much wasted. with a good size lip on top of the rotor.
I usually buy my oil service at ECS Tuning. and i do like their service...But if there is a better place that can save me a Mitty dollar, that would be great!!

    They also sell OEM rotors.
    https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...34112229529kt/

They also have these. They're for the "For vehicles without Competition Package/ZCP/CSL front brakes" Will it fit my ///M3?
    https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...282801802~oem/

    These are the pads...

for tires i usually buy it here:

    thank you for your time!!

I have made some re-search and i found out that the ZCP brake Upgrade is the best upgrade you can do to your US ///M3. It will cost me $1,099.00

I have been off the board for a little bit, I have been out of the country.

While I like the euro spec cross drilled, I ended up with the ECS tuning slotted rotors and OEM pads on all 4 corners. Let me tell you why I went with the slotted vers cross-drilled. Cross drilled can crack or develop cracks around the holes, over time this can get dangerous. The slotted is good for keeping the pad clean, as it cuts the pad every time you brake. The question I have to ask is what type of driving do you like to do? If you are just a street driver with a little bit of spirited driving, then you could use the cross drilled for the appearances.

Also take a look at Scott's post: http://www.bimmerforums.com/forum/sh...ke-Suggestions

I only drive to work and back. Freeway miles around 60 miles round trip daily.
I like the euro specs, cuz it's a better rotor with aluminum hub. And it will cost just about the same as US OEM from the dealership.
I emailed my adviser at BMW of Newport for a quote. This is what he emailed me back.

    (Ben,
Good morning, the price quote for the brakes on the M3 is:
    Fronts-$925.00
    Rears-$790.00
I would need to order the rotors for both fronts and rears, so just let me know if you would like to proceed.
    Thank You,
    Paul Cunha

There is a reason why the US never got the fancy rotors: You just don't need them.

I have worn out the blanks as they are called after 2 years of autobahn driving. The pads were just fine, but the rotors were burnt, so I switched to the slotted for about the same price and better braking.

So in the end, I would say to stick with the blanks as you really don't push the car from 170 mph down to 65 mph in hard braking.

Yo need INPA, Carsoft, or any other software to connect to the car's computer and re-code the LKE module.
I got my Carsoft (BMW scanner 1.4) out of eBay for about $25.00.
You can activate/deactivate a lot more functions too as well as read and clear codes for diagnosis.
This, or any Dealer/Indy shop will be happy to do it for an hour labor.

You can also code it to flash the turn signals when locking/unlocking, even if you don't have an alarm, close windows with remote, turn DRL's on/off, and a whole lot of additional settings.
I got a 25 feet USB extension cord so I don't even have to get my laptop in the car.

INPA will not code the car, but Progman will. I use an old Dell D830 laptop with 2 6-foot serial port cables. I have 2 hard drives, one with Window XP Pro, and a SSD with Win-10. The XP does everything, but I use the Win-10 for INPA and everyday use. The thing with INPA is it doesn't like 64-Bit operating systems.

Not sure, however there are a couple of experts over on the Diagnostic Software sub-forum who are great with INPA and the BMW tools.

I been having some kind of squeaking when I do left or right hard turns. Coming from my rear wheels
Do you guys think it is my wheel bearings?
    Thx!

    A wheel bearing make a grinding/helicopter sounds.

I would look at the rubber bushing like RTABs, and others under the rear end.
