if you dump the clutch and throttle it. OP most likely didn't counter steered quick enough and adjusted the throttle.
Stay off the street!

The way to not spin out is to catch it immediately.
As soon as you even think its going to step out you need to countersteer.
If you wait until you feel it stepping out you are already behind and must crank a ton of steering to hopefully save it.
Bottom line is steer immediately, the longer you wait the less chance you have to catch it.

This is a troll thread; nobody has fun in an auto.
Seriously. Good to see these threads because it just means my sedan will be that much more valuable with one less on the road. Actually, scratch that. One less slushbox ain't no thang.

Hit a patch of black ice last night and spun my car 360 degrees into a field, lucky avoided the pole on the right side. Always thought I'd be able to control myself on ice, turns out sliding around a corner and sliding on ice are to VERY different things. I'm thinking about keeping my car not sideways again till the spring. Haha. But seriously though, Momma always told me to learn from my mistakes. If there is no one on the road and he wants to go sideways, let him do it. He knows the risks, however I do recommend an abandoned parking lot. That's how I got my sideways action in.
Hit a patch of water at auto x and I spun

HOW TO NOT SPIN OUT:
1- DONT DRIVE LIKE AN A-HOLE.
2 - IF YOU NEED TO DRIVE LIKE AN A-HOLE, LEARN HOW DRIVE YOUR CAR BETTER. note* learning curve should not be perfomed on public roads. please find a parking lot to sharpen your skills before you hurt yourself or someone else.
I'm all for having fun with these cars, that is why we all bought one right? Just be aware of what you are doing and be safe about it.

So odd, I tuned my car to get maximum traction both front and rear. I would have never thought I should get the back end loose to look cool and BE SLOWER.
Early 95 Hellrot M3, AST 4100 SA coil over shocks, 550 front 650 rear springs, TMS Bars, Vorshlag camber plates. OBX headers, 3" single mid pipe, UCC cat back, Active Autowerks chip. CAI,
Looks like OP already rearended someone. Someone teach this kid how to drive!!!!
^ I noticed that too

His new thread asking about body panel compatibility.
OP, please sell your rear-wheel drive car to someone that actually knows how to drive, and buy something else. Maybe a Prius. I don't want to get hit on the 'Busa I might be getting because people like you are on the roads. I'm messed up enough as it is, I don't need to add "hit by another car" to the list.
