I was running the fx stage 4 and now I am running a twin disc.

got my new two new front tires mounted, 255/40/17 square setup on 8.5" DSII's. A bit more meat when compared to the old 225/45/17 fronts.

A friend built a retainer for the ICV port out of some spare pieces kicking around the garage.

We also re-relocated the washer bottle from where the secondary air pump originally lived, to back near its stock location and mounted my meth pump back there. I'm going to start off with a basic selectable hobbs switch for activation and target 15psi for activation. The nozzle was placed in the aluminum 90° which is welded to the throttle body. I've still got the SAP harness right next to the meth pump, I may take a look at the relay wiring for it and try to use it to run the pump.

I should be able to get the suspension swapped out in the next week, then I should be good to go.

The plug with the clip runs the SAP, I want to try and run the meth pump using that relay and wiring

    tank tap

    meth pump

SAP harness will power meth pump.

I'll cut the brn/grn wire to the relay harness, run a ground to hobbs switch, then from hobbs to where the brn/grn was on the relay and I should be good.

I got the meth kit working, but haven't had a chance to take it for a rip and run a few logs. I don't plan on adjusting tune to take advantage of meth, since I don't have any failsafes. I just want to have it for an extra insurance policy and help out a bit when it heats up in the summer.

On to the next project, I bought some depo ZKW projector headlights to replace my weathered factory ones. I never even noticed the depth difference and was a bit surprised when the drivers side wouldn't fit. I had already disposed of the box and didn't want to go back to the factory lights, so I broke out the propane torch and did a bit of modifying. I figured it would be faster modifying the headlight instead of rebuilding the IC plumbing, seems like it'll work, and I'll just seal the cover with RTV to keep moisture out of the light.

I also started a S10 ZR2 project. I plan to install a LS 6.0, 4L80e, and NVG242 from a 00 silverado 2500. Once I get that going, I may add some boost and see how it goes. http://www.s10forum.com/forum/f213/z...roject-804281/

10 years ago, I cut my drivers depo inner light back housing to make space for supercharger plumbing. Since 2010 its been making space for turbo plumbing. Never had an issue and I drive year round including rain and snow. I have used tarp repair tape and gorilla tape to seal the housing I hacked.

I read somewhere that zkw or maybe Bosch housings are slimmer than depo.

Its good to know you haven't run into fogging or water issues, I think I can get mine sealed up, but I need to massage it a bit more first.
