That is the best looking after mkt radio that i have seen for the E36 interior. Does the Nak CD 500 display match have amber lighting to match the rest of the dash lighting? Can u post a night photo of your radio. Thanks very much.

Got my swaybar reinforcement plates in and they're getting welded to the new subframe. Been running without a rear bar and it feels weird.

Fresh floor mats. In black though, not grey as posted.
Also got a bunch of fresh clips for the door mouldings to tighten things up, and new clips for the semi clipped rear door cards, and a new bowden cable for my driver side vader.

I hope your Nakamichi is better than most. Mine had a great CD section and preamp, (not a 500 it was a CD7 unit), but it had the worst radio section ever, and then the cd transport broke.
I'm installing a new Kenwood 998. So far so good. (built in HD radio, Bluetooth, streaming, Pandora controls) All of the control lighting is user selectable, and is a perfect BMW orange.. The thing looks great.
It started with the Nac CD7 (broke/crap radio), which begat a Blaupunkt cd72 LA (no mp3), which begat a Blau CD74 LA with a black cd72 Seattle face /(the best head unit I've ever had, too bad it didn't do BT or Ipod...), which begat an Alpine 9887 (needed extra boxes for bt which are all crappy, but an outstanding HU), which begat a Blau BT420 Toronto, (very busy face, and only partly color matched)
No matter where you go, there you are...
