Hey! just noticed this post, maybe tapatalk will tell you I've responded to it. There is some weird stuff on the car being a JDM spec. It actually has JPN stenciled into the cluster face as it was delivered new to japan, not brought from europe. It is LHD despite being sold new in Japan. Power levelling headlights. Front and rear fog light switches. Oddly, no cruise control. No dog-net . I think the glove box is different (euro?) Finally it looks like the auto trans has an additional mode - similar to USDM auto E36 M3's.
I'm certainly no expert in this stuff - zed coupes were never even sold new in Canada. Used to see the occasional american car. I think the importers have figured out that these coupes are under valued in japan, as they're getting more expensive at auction.
I just put it away for winter - here's the last shot of it for 2017. Don't mind the wheels - they're just storage rollers.

It's not an exterior shot, but since it's still a picture of my Z3 I'll leave this here:

That is perfect color for roadster. But please paint the top too.

Not my favourite, to be honest. But maybe it looks better in person?
My favourite from what I've seen so far (mostly on the internet) is that topaz blue. Red also looks good, but why wouldn't it?

Pistachio green looks just a bit better in person. This was the only Z3 for sale at the time in the northern part of Cyprus. IMO metallic grey looks great on all BMW's

After a long while of being absent from these forums, here's an update on my M Coupe:
20171119 BMW M Coupe - F3Q-1 by silent_cartographer, on Flickr
Exterior modifications done:
1. Shaved front bumper license plate mount holes
2. Shaved front corner lights, removed bulbs and tucked associated wiring
3. New wheels! Rotiform WRO, 18" x 9" in the front, 18" x 10.5" in the back. 245 / 285 front/rear tread
Looks great! I've got a shaved front M bumper and mudflaps waiting to go on... this makes me want to finish my projects to get it all installed that much faster... love the shaved bumper. So much cleaner... as Joji intended I'm sure!

There aren't any pictures of mine (yet), but here is a South African Z3/Z4 group, with pictures of a local get-together this past weekend. I thought some of you might like to see the cars.
