Source for German TÜV Approved Performance Parts for BMW 2002's

    Hi there!

Im im new to the forum, new to BMW's, and new to my newish 1974 2002!

I'm originally from Cali, but now live and work in Germany.

I'd appreciate it if someone could help me out and point me in the right direction to find a source for TÜV approved performance parts for my new lady, or information regarding road legal 2002 modification . I'm mostly focused on suspension stuff first, but will likely get into motor work, 5speed, LSD, etc, as time goes on.

    best Regards

Why do you need TÜV ? do you drive with german Number plate ? you re American ? The car is very Old, so its an historic car with an german H numberplate, you´ve got some choices to realize a TÜV conform tune In The past there where some shops like Alpina, Koepchen Ahrend and some more, with theyre Weber Doublecarburator kits , Cams , und exhaust parts , but the kits a very rare , and the TÜV papers for that too. Bilstein have some Historic suspensions with TÜV papers If you get connection to the Historic Race scene , there are good possbilities to get a Street legal raceparted car with open Weber throttles or alpina airbox , Schrick cams headers and sport exhaust, its a little bit search work to get the historic Tecnical informations for the TÜV engineer , but its possible IOZ is one of the best firms for WEBER carburetor Tuning http://www.ioz.de/frontframe.html Regards Pat
