Hey guys this is my first turbo build and i could use some insight.
I have a 93 325i with 150k miles.
I have a gt35r turbo kit, 44lb bosche injectors, bav auto high performance coilpack, and arp headstuds.
I plan on running this high boost cut ring headgasket and new seals.

My question is will the stock ecu adjust for what i am wanting to run or do i need an fi/c or standalone? Also will i need anything else in order to get up and running besides a tune up (oil change, filter, and plugs)? Thank for yoyr help.

You need a tune for sure. CES, RK tunes, TRM, Tecknika, etc. etc.

Sell the injectors....if your "kit" didn't come with a tune, then it isn't a "kit". You need to give the tuner all the info and he will most likely supply a tune + injector and possibly MAF that he is comfortable with. If you have an exhaust manifold, intercooler, and piping then that's a good start.

Id also I rethink the turbo choice for a 2.5 . That puppy wont spool till almost 5k. Sell it and get a GT3076 . Or a cheaper precision 6262 ? Not personally familiar with the precisions, but id ask someone who is.
