Another 15" Basket Weave Question

I'm doing some freshening up on my 1989 325i Convertible. I would like to find a set of 15" BBS basket weaves. I really want the ones that were stock/optional from the factory. What part numbers (for wheel and hubcap) should I look for? What (i) is the bolt pattern (4x100, I think) and offset (???); and (ii) are good search terms to use for ebay searches?

I've heard that they're still available new. Does anyone know of any sources for new ones?

How do I ensure that I don't get stuck with the ones from an iX (I don't want an improper fit/offset or to have to use spacers or anything)?

If I end up going aftermarket, what are the closest aftermarket wheels to stock?

Stock wheels are 15x7, et24 offset, 4x100 bolt pattern, 57.1 mm centerbore. iX wheels are 15x7 et41. Offset is the best way to tell the difference. Original BMW wheels are only available from the dealer new. thebmwpartstore.com has good pricing.

I'll do the image searches on the color. For what it's worth, which silver ("Silver" vs. "Nogaro Silver") would more likely have come from the factory on a salmon silver vehicle? Which do you think would look better (you gave such good advice above that I'm asking form more--like winning a pie eating contest where the prize is more pie)?

Nogaro Silver was uncommon everywhere. Almost all wheels were silver.

what was the golden color called? are those considered rare? my e30 had the 'gold package' (gold weaves and a gold stripe) but my mother had them painted silver years later. thinking about going back.

Gold, white, and I think black were dealer options found in the accessory catalogs. Any "gold" package would likely have been a dealer package. Were the gold stripes decals or painted? Pinstripes or bolder?

Definitely a dealer package. Pinstriping was a popular dealer add-on item in that era for them to earn a bit more on the sale.

As far as aftermarket 15" basketweaves, I recommend Ronal LS 15s. I've got a set and LOVE them. Stock looking but with a 1" lip. I got mine many years ago from a Ronal IS dealer in Huntington Beach but they're not around anymore. So try a google search of Ronal LS 15 to find who still sells them and pics.
