OT- Get that brake hose off Chris?? and better yet did you get the gas tank in and I hope you saved both sending units and the fuel pump if you did not use those included with the tank as they were all good also.

Going to work on the hose today. No luck having someone help me with the tank yet so still sitting in my garage. I may give it a go myself sometime next week. Struggling for car time as the wife has an extensive honey-do list bogging me down.

My clips are broken and missing toward the bottom of the trim. Anyone know the parts number for them? I probably need 2 to 3 from the end of the trim and up on my driver side. Probably the piece that connects to the trim and the one on the car as well... 6 8 and 29?

6 a black clip epoxies to the trim, then it clips onto 29 a white clip which then inserts into a black grommet inserted into body which is # 8. Have dozen of each are I my parts bin as spares. I've found that if the clips are broke free someone generally caught on the trim and its moved slightly forward. You'll wanted to make sure its pulled back into proper position if it has been knocked forward.

Mine arrived yesterday too. Installed them yesterday evening. I used a 90 deg dental pick to get the old bits out (was quite straight forward), then used a nylon trim tool and some dish wash soap and the new rubber seated in quite nicely. Looks so much better. Thanks Paul for pulling this together.
