I feel for Paul. I really wish the devs would spend more time with Panjo. It really can be a frustrating user experience.

Mine arrived yesterday too. Installed them yesterday evening. I used a 90 deg dental pick to get the old bits out (was quite straight forward), then used a nylon trim tool and some dish wash soap and the new rubber seated in quite nicely. Looks so much better. Thanks Paul for pulling this together.
