I have a 1992 E34. Can I use this tool to remove/install the bushings without removing the subframe from the car?

For the E34 it requires a different too but I do have that took as well and can rent it out if you need it.

It seems there is a confusion about the bushings on the subframe. Your tool is for removal/installation of the bushings at each end of the subframe, right? These sometimes are called subframe "mounts" part#33-3-1-129-760 for E34. If this the tool please let me know what to do so I can rent it from you.

There should be no confusion. There are 4 subframe bushings in the E34 and E39. There is no other bushing that could be considered a subframe bushing. You only have subframe and diff bushings and that is it. One mounts the subframe to the body and the other mounts the diff to the subframe.
