BMW wheel style 214 is an e70/e71 wheel...so you are aware that they have a 74.1mm wheel hub, right? The e70 & e39 are similar in that they have the odd ball wheel hub size...most modern BMWs have a 72.56mm wheel hub. The e71 (X6) is even odder in that the front wheel has a 74.1mm hub but the rear wheel has a 72.56mm hub.
If you plan to mount them on your e53...you'll need a set of hub centric rings for all 4 wheels if you purchased e70 214s...but will only need rings for the front wheels if you can find e71 (rear) 214s.
I've seen 2 reputable aftermarket vendors sell the 214 wheel (I'm sure there's more...but these are 2 I trust):
- http://www.hubcaphaven.com/x5_wheels.htm (this vendor may sell a version of the rear e71 wheel, too...may have to call & ask)
- http://www.ecstuning.com/ES64958/ (this is the rear 11x20 e70 wheel...search the site using the 11 digit BMW part nbr for the 10x20 front)

214s look fantastic on the E53.
HERE is a link to the E70 fitment wheels plus hub rings, I just checked stocking with BMW the ETAs shown on our site should be accurate for these wheels.

I thought I may share my experience with the 214s that I have, it may or may not help someone who wants to touch up the looks of their 214 wheels.
I used tape, some black rubberized spray paint and transformed them in about 4 hours to what you can see on the picture. I sprayed them with clear coat spray at the end to hopefully prevent the black corners from peeling after time.
