doesnt the movement of your sway bar interfere with your turbo pipes?

exactly.. on mine I set the boost on third, and I saw 14.1 on 4th speed... I reduced it imediatly.. for you info, there is an overboost protection on the e-boost2.. it's a nice feature to prevent castastrophe...

So what's the final verdict on the kit? I'm currently installing mine right now, I'm so excited!

Unfortunately I haven't been able to put in much mileage after resolving some minor problems. I'm @ ~40miles since resetting adaptation and still need to fine tune my eboost settings. Hopefully the Zeitronix I just installed will help instead of trying to eyeball it while driving. I did find out that I have a leaking VANOS unit and was something I forgot to replace "while" it was apart

    Boost is FUN!

Care to share what else you're getting installed besides the TT Stg2 kit?

My setup is going to consist of:

    New dual mass flywheel (installed)
Southbend stage 3 clutch from Technica (installed)
Shifter detents gears 1-5 and Reverse
    New Vanos unit
    Heater hoses
    New tensioners
    AEM digital wideband o2 sensor
    AEM digital boost gauge
    RallyRoad 52mm gauge pods
    New drive belts
    Aluminum thermostat housing
    Various seals
    S54 radiator

The head is getting resurfaced to about 12 RA along with getting new valve stem seals and a valve job.

I'm also planning on running a full exhaust with no cats. Speaking of which, I need to email Nick and tell him that I want to post cat O2 sensors deleted.

I've already removed the head, ran the oil and water lines, installed fuel pump/injectors, and installed the intercooler.

Seems like we have a very similar setup!

No M50 Intake manifold while you're at it?

No not yet. Planning on installing one later on down the line. What kind of install bugs did you run into?

    Nothing David couldn't handle

During install, car had wrong the MAF connector (OBD1) cuz of my Dinan HFM and a missing M50 throttle body plate.

Post install, it was CELs for missing SAP solenoid and evap purge valve (Took the parts home by mistake..doh!). And CEL 1519 which David fixed.

Ah so nothing major. As far as your exhaust system goes did you just use you stock cats and muffler? I think I'm going to do a full 3 inch exhaust. I would like to do a custom exhaust with mandrel bends but I just got quoted 1500-2000$!

I'm running the stock midpipe with cats + dinan muffler. Another option would be a cutout right before the cats.

Really curious as to how much power you're putting down. Any plans on putting it on a dyno?

Curious who's currently doing the work for the above mods? I assume it's not 4b?

I'm doing all the work myself, except the exhaust.

I just finished tapping the oil pan a couple of hours ago. I should be getting the head back from the machine shop tomorrow. Planning on having the head installed by the end of the weekend as well as the turbo. The DME is likely the item that i'll be waiting on because I opted for ground shipping with UPS for some reason.

Nice! That's not too shabby considering it's Mustang dyno and not a Dynojet

Wow you're making me very jealous.

What modifications need to be done? And who's doing the tuning?
