Also, the TC is too intrusive to use with boost. A fancier system like on later cars can work pretty well, or an aftermarket one like RaceLogic works well in daily driving.

I just removed the throttle butterfly on mine. Didn't really feel like buying a new silicone elbow.

I demand reparations for confusing my junk. I get hard every time I skim past the thread title and see "993 TT Stg2 build"

Not yet, haven't been driving it as much while making some minor changes:

    -PSS tires
-Changed to a stiffer wg spring
-Was using the wrong IAT sensor so fixed that

Now, I have to find some time to dial it in.

    Still some logging @ 13-14psi

Does the fuel pressure (User2) look right?

FP looks pretty good. In theory your maybe down less than 1 psi.

Excuse my ignorance , what logging setup is that ?

^This. Finally got my innovative wideband working but the tuning world seems to be stuck in the early 2000s. I need to use a damn USB converter for the RS232 port just to hook it up to my computer. But windows 8 still doesn't recognize the software. May just need to hop on the dyno.

you can daisy chain a OT2 to log your innovate A/F to the OT2 then to iPhone/iPad/iPod touch.. that's what I do.. OBD2 data + A/F

I've been using the Zeitronix software on my win8 laptop and it seems to be working just fine so far.

I swapped from the two port to the one port eboost2 config in hopes of fixing my boost spikes. But it doesn't look like it helps since I'm still experiencing spikes

so far I've done the following with no success:
-Swapped 6psi wg spring to 10psi wg
-Changed from 2 port to 1 port eboost2 config along with stainless steel wg lines
    -Lowering gate pressure on eboost2

Almost seems like the current wastegate (Tial F38) can't seem to control boost above 12psi no matter the gp setting I use

Did you looked at the overboost protection on the eboost ? The 38mm and eboost can go over 12lbs, I have the same setup and I do...

Overboost protection is set at 16.5psi. The issue is the Boost spike which I can't seem to minimize by adjusting the gp.

So I decided to swap out the 38mm wastegate that was included w/ the TT Stg 2 kit over to a Tial MVR 44mm wastegate. Previously, I mistakenly assumed the 38mm wg I had was a tial f38.

Results looks promising so far after limited testing, no spikes even with the higher gate pressure setting

With the 0.8bar/11.6psi spring, I am getting ~13psi on my eboost with SP=0

    Made some more minor changes..

Swapped out the old air filter to a vibrant air filter w/ bellmouth

Swapped out the Forge BOV to a Tial Q BOV w/ brown spring

Seems like drivability has improved w/ the Tial bov

Deleted the ASC w/ Maxpsi TB boot

Did some more testing evaluating the Tial MVR wg

Looks like I can start playing w/ the boost setting now that it's much more stable

Nice...I guess boost spikes aren't normal after all.

My boost was more stable after shortening the eboost2 solenoid lines. I moved it from the passenger side of the car to under the car at the center rear of the x-pipe.
