Engine cuts out under hard acceleration E46 n42

Hi all im scratching my head atm Engine cuts out under hard acceleration but if I ease it on its ok, it's intermittent sometimes it's smooth other times it rough on idle and rough on hard acceleration, plugs, coils, fuel filter replaced and it's not throughing any codes. Your help Wil be much appreciated.

Ok just found out its dropping injector pulse on cylinder 2 wich is controlled by the DME. Now if get another computer (dme) for it can I just plug it in and go I do I have to do something else to it once plugged in ?
