It would be a shame to give up any bottom end for top end with a cam swap at this point. It's a fire breather by 4500 rpm and stays that way right to the top. No need to turn it into a dragster. Tigthen her up, tune it nicely, and have a fun season. Winter will come soon enough.

Some Schricks 264/256 cams would make it even more efficient and even more of a tire killer
I'm on 275 40 17 Mickey Thompsons with 20 lb of air and spins right through 2nd and almost all of 3rd and hooks in 4

Now...after you retorque and drop Schricks in there stop being a wussy and turn her up to 32psi on the dyno.

I agree. In many cases cams will shift to the right and up but as we have seen with Schricks (all aftermarket cams are different in many ways typically) they shift left and up which would only help here.

40 mph 2nd gear pulls to about 70 mph then shift
315 210 LSD

boost is now at 23 psi no blowout on obd 2 valve cover and coils I estimate in the 820-830 hp range
did a photo shoot the other day I'll post the rest once he's done with selection.
