E39 Supersprint Headers fit 840?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has installed/heard of anyone who installed supersprint headers (http://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-34...e-headers.aspx) (meant for e39 540/m5) into an 840?

are there any clearance issues? if so, what?

I know these guys did it:

They mention some sort of modification, but no idea what exactly.

Sorry, not much help here. That was my car on which ICS "installed" SuperSprint headers, which didn't fit and for which they couldn't find a work-around. I ended up tossing them, and subsequently had a custom exhaust designed and installed.

FYI, headers aren't going to yield much on an 840 owing to inherent design restrictions in the M62.
