So I've had my car a little over a year now and it has 90k miles. In a forthcoming weekend I will be replacing the valley pan (leaking slightly) and water pump (original, that i know of) and all of the rubber stuff along the way.
The car has no codes and idles fine. While she's down, I was thinking it would be a good time to have the injectors cleaned locally IF its a worthwhile maintenance to-do. Cost is $18/per
Anyone have any experience/feedback after doing this?
I use V-power fuel and have never run any liquid injector cleaner through it
thanks
Chevron injector cleaner works nice, other add seafoam.... But then it's recommend to change the fuel filter.
My .02
I sent mine out for rebuild at about 120K miles. It made no difference, not to the running, not to the fuel trims, and not to the mileage. I had bought the car at 116, so didn't know the history.

Waste of money, IMHO.

Yeah, not necessary. Got no running issues, then leave them alone.
Ok guys thanks for the feedback, one less thing to do
Just use the pour in stuff. Plus if you use good gas it shouldn't be a problem anyways.
