Why the switch to 15"s ? If you were me, would you use 16"s with drag radials or go straight to 15"s?

    a m3 on a 7675
Drag radials break shit, with a 15" rim you have way more of a cushion effect especially with a bias tire.

It depends on what ur goals are. I'm switching to 15s cuz theres more of a selection when it comes to tires theres only 1 or 2 choices in a 16 inch

I'd stay away from drag radials if I were u. Every drivetrain component I've broken has been while running the dr. Ur better off going with a full slick they're more forgiving on the driveline

Going full slick requires front as well. I've been debating this as well . I have a set of Hoosiers and also drag radials. Since I've been preloading with handbrake , I have yet to break anything. John from CES is deep into the 10s running a very simple setup. No antilag, no NOS, even has stock M3 axles. He probably has more passes on that car than the majority here combined. Very impressive and inspirational.

There isn't a 15" wheel that clears the m3 brakes correct?

I also wonder how many people have actually ran Slicks without the front runners. I know some people that have done it say it isn't that bad. My car runs like it's on rails now but I'm not sure I would without street tires on. I can pick up 4 15" bottle caps local for like $75. I might just do that and grind the calipers down. That way there I could still start with a radial and then go to a slick if I wanted.

Welp I'm going to pick up some style 6 15" wheels within the next couple days. I'll grind down the calipers as much as I have to I guess. If M&H drag radials have the softest sidewalls I might go with them. If I find some slicks cheap enough I might at least try them.

    Will a 28"x9" slick fit?

you can't fit a 15" rim on the front correct? I found a cheap set of rear and front skinnies but they're 15" all the way around.

Front runners shouldn't be an issue if u run a 3.5 or 4 inch wide rim once I put my front runners on I'll post up some pics

28x9 ,,,, would be awsome but it would take ALOT to fit a 28x9.
the biggest you can fit with a agressive pull on the fenders and 5 1/2 backspace 15" rim is a 27" tire and the ass end needs to come up alot.

10s are doable with drag radials as well. Just need to be a good driver.

I forgot, the only smart way to do it is to also buy the DSS $850 6 bolt driveshaft. And then whats really the point without the $1000 axles? This sucks. I'm looking at over $2000. Probably not going to happen.

I have the dss driveshaft and an evo m3 (big case) diff upgraded by bimmers.com and stock m3 axles so far they're holding up pulling 1.5 60 fts. Ur looking at right around $2k or so for the upgrade I know its allot of coin to drop but its way worth it.
