Buy some 330i spares. They are 17x4.5 and will fit m3 front brakes. They are about $50 from the dealer new. Moroso , M/T , M&H all make 17 front runners. But I think M&H is the only one that has a 4+ inch front. The others are 2.5 wide. Iirc.

Yup this doesn't seem like a bad option. I'm still torn if I want to go full slicks or not though. I can't believe how hard it is to find a good 16" wheel with the correct offset and width.

I've only found 7" wide....I think I'm looking for at least an 8" wide wheel

The 7 wide will fit 255/50/16 without an issue. These will give u plenty of grip.

Yeah , I just looked on the Hoosier website. They say recommended 8" wheel but I guess they'll fit. $220 a piece from Jegs. M&H only offers one 16" and I thinks its a 275 series.
For that matter I have one 17" ds2 that's 7.5" wide now. Maybe I should just pick up one more and do 17's. Not sure how big of a difference there would be for 60' times

We ran 255/50/16 M/T drag radials on 328is wheels. No problem. Many others have as well.

Yeah but I need to be faster than you hahaha j/k
I'll see if I can find a decent deal on the 16's. If not I'll just try to find another 17" m3 wheel. I knew I should have kept mine. I sold them dirt cheap too
