The OrigamiCoupe and I will be there, can't wait to see everyone again and some new faces with their Coupes! Keep up the great work organizing this gathering Eric! Perfect choice to hold it at Performance Technic and it was extremely nice of Joe and Matt to open up their parking lot for us to descend upon!
By the way, for those of you who don't know about Performance Technic, they are one of the best independent BMW service and performance shops in Norcal. I really appreciate their attention to detail and they understand the needs of true BMW enthusiasts and very particular customers like me.
First and foremost , they are genuine BMW enthusiasts at heart, they know our Z3 and M Coupes inside and out and are experts at setting up enthusiast BMWs for performance on the street and on the track. They have never disappointed me with their expert technical skills and their enthusiasm for anything BMW.
I wouldn't trust my Coupe with anyone else, they're just the BEST! Highly recommended! Ci

Eric guilt tripped me into bringing the '02, so I guess that kills another $10,000 off of the cartel price. Roar, now it's only worth $75,0000.
See you kids there... I hope you kids are as cool as us SoCool guys. NoCal does translate into no California, after

Yay for the name change! Even though I have never been to Performance Technic, I must say they were extremely helpful in helping me pick up a 6 speed that they were storing for Nivola. They were very flexible and even stayed open longer so my buddy could get there after hours and pick it up for me.
Hey moonvan,
Thanks for the enthusiasm for the screen name change. Oooh! Really, a 6-speed conversion, now you're talkin! When you have time let me know what you have in store!
For those that will be attending (and those on the fence),
I just had some PDR work done on the project coupe (http://mcoupebuyersguide.com/lc60348-part1) and mentioned our planned gathering to Chris from Diablo Dents. Pleasanton isn't too far from his home, so he'd be interested in coming out to work out some door dings in our coupes if there is enough interest.
He'd offer a discounted rate of $50 per (normal sized) dent and would be willing to come out if there is enough interest. For those not familiar, he's done dent work on the last two project coupes and will be the PDR professional of choice for any unfortunate dings on my Alpine White coupe in the future. Top notch work and a great guy.
Let me know if you're interested and how many dents you might have so I can give him an idea of what to prepare for, if anything. See you guys in a couple weeks!

I know this is a clown shoe event, but is there any objection to a roadster owner stopping in if I promise not to park too close?
Looks i can most likely make it!!!!!
I would be in for about three ding repairs.
Looking forward to meeting you guys.
Updated the list! Looking forward to seeing you guys.

You're welcome to come, BUT....
Performance Technic has allotted 13-14 spaces in their lot for Coupes, and I believe we have reached that capacity (WHOOO!!). So, you'd have to park on the street and walk in, which isn't far at all.

My S52 has altered plans, and will probably not be ready before the end of summer. So I'm probably not making the trip. Wish you guys the best. Probably be a blast!
