Looking for a Behr Germany Expansion tank or OEM for a decent price. Does it exist?

So I want to pick up my Behr tank today and saw that it is made in China so I left it at the parts counter. Now I'm on a hunt for a Behr Germany or OEM one for less than $107, which is the price that the dealer is willing to part with theirs.

It's $78 + $13 for shipping = $92. Not enough of a savings to have to wait that long for it.

I found that cheapest genuine BMW parts are usually from http://www.bmwmercedesparts.com (expansion tank is $71.88) But you will have to factor shipping cost and that could tip the balance.
I use http://www.furiousmethod.com/ when comparing prices from the various sites.
    I hope that helps.

BMW of fairfax is $78.02 ( http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214697 ) but they charge you a flat fee of 9.00 regardless of order size. $150 and above get free shipping

The above is my 2 cents. Take it or leave it.

Only way I know to get one is the dealer.
Max has them I think around $100 too (but of course he just gets them from the dealer).

Too late!! Just returned from BMW dealer and $106 lighter.

FCP is a great company and that lifetime warranty is insane, but I think peace of mind in worth more than that warranty.

I've read all those posts and the conclusion that I came to is that the OEM is the way to go for longevity.

Sig, starting a new thread on this FCP matter.
