Giving the 8 some love.
Is that a Turquoise Metallic ZR1??? OMG....I'm by no means a corvette fan...old or new...probably never will since I bleed Ford blue . The only exception is that generation ZR1. That Lotus-designed LT5 is some piece of work. It has been about 3 years since my last "flare up" wanting to get a ZR1 and just about two weeks ago it came back. Been keeping my eye out but prices seem to be soaring...specially the 94-95 models which is the one I'd like...in red of course .
Kudos on the garage mates! Gratuitous pictures of e31/zr1 together will be appreciated!

Yes spot on the color too it's a 91 yes prices have been climbing so if you want one now would be the time to get one you can still find good deals. Actually A red 94 just sold for about 15000 great deal! I will get some pics of them together soon. Heres one of the corvette.
The wait is worth it.

Need to fix the sunroof for Summer!
Love the look, stance, color and wheels on your car. What rims are you running?
Spent yesterday prepping and today exhibiting at a local car show, thought I'd take some pics before it retuns to its normal mud colour

If I had a penny for everytime someone commented on my poor fuel economy, I'd have enough to get it to the petrol station.
Brain, I like that interior with the Calypso, looks good.
Braincat everything about your 8 is beautiful, I really like the interior and engine.
Cheers chaps, I did the interior myself, it was all grey grey grey with the standard dog biscuit steering wheel before. More shades of grey than a crappy one hit wonder.

Hi Briancat, i was sent some pictures of your car yesterday by a friend who went to that show. Bude? You at any more this year? and if you ever need an auto box, im in Bideford with a spare
Ha, small world! I'm in Hartland. What other shows are there? I went to the Bude show for the first time last year and was severely disappointed with the lack of BMWs so decided to put mine in this year.

AH HA, one of the lads who works for me see's you now and again on the way to work (he lives in kilk) and i think i saw you parked in RGB a year or so ago. I am told there in one in south molton and there was another one but cant remember right now where. What garage do you use?
Colwills. I don't get to drive it much anymore as I have a company car, so the wife alternates between it and her 330d for the school run! The 8 series is a tried and tested family car.
