thanks, yours looks awesome too! I am on ground controls with I *think* 1.5" cut out from the front housings. I have a little room left on the threads to bring the front down but I am waiting to put on my new wheels/tires and some fender work before that - I had it lower on this setup but it rubbed all the time...
some of mine, soon to be lower
I run a little bit smaller tire than you, no rubbing whatsoever. 215/40 and 235/40. I had staggered turbines on before the staggered futuras. (currently running the systems without the turbine covers on for my "winter" look). I have 20mm spacer up front and 10mm out back, also.
I cut off most of the front housings, I can really lay this thing on the ground if I want to
edit: and everyone who rides in it is amazed at the ride quality. It's really nice.
what are your specs on the futuras? My new setup is going to be 17x8.5 all around (1 pc wheels) with fronts at et8 with 215/45 and rears at et0.5 with 235/45. I am getting all four fenders rolled but I am skeptical of the rear fitment working out... are your fenders pulled at all or just rolled?
17x8.5 et 13 with 215/40, and a 20mm spacer so final ET is -7 right?
Rear- 17x10 et 19 with 235/40 and 10mm spacer so final ET is 9.
I didn't roll my fenders and I don't rub - the fronts may be rolled from when I had fat tires on and first lowered the car and rubbed like crazy
Sorry for the IG quality.. lol. Dropping the front coils another .5 inch and then my coils will be maxed all around with no rub. Say goodbye to the LCA's, under an inch of clearance.
