Well, I have an interest at the moment, but its a 1995 540i 6 speed. I've redone the coolant system and power steering sytem. I just did the front brakes today and the rears were recently done. Its black with tan interior. I'm asking 4k.

The only thing it really needs is the bottom door trim on all doors, maybe new paint, and the power steering pump whines. Those aren't too much used though. It also has the alusil block. And this is not the one in my sig.

I'm in Knoxville, and I mainly lurk in the Track section on here. I do track days, AutoX, RallyX, all that racing stuff. I have a '97 E36 M3 that is mostly stock except for suspension, where it has double adjustable MCS Coilovers. It's also on bigger wheels (17x9) and tires (255/40/R17) than OEM:

I also have a '92 Civic hatchback for RallyX, and I'm building a '98 Ford Contour SVT for a 24 Hours of Lemons race coming up in a little over a week. So that's why I haven't been wrenching on my M3 too much recently, too much to do on the beater RallyX Civic and the Lemons car

I didn't see it in the thread, Xlr8tin, what part of TN are you moving to? I saw something about being close to Bristol, are you coming to Knoxville? Love that 540 btw, looks great!

It's a beast. But as with all of my BMWs, they leak oil and the 545 just has more places to leak. My next one I'm torn over, B7 or M5. Hmm, don't know yet.

I should be able to help you out with that. I've done some lcm coding on my e46 and it's not too hard.

If you make it out to my end of the tricities (the roads are great) look me up.

The picture was taken in my driveway near Montgomery Bell State Park.
The Mpars are powder coated with a satin finish and I don't really want to change them. I get lots of comments because they are unique. Ask Ltflint, he's seen them and likes them.
