Last part out before I leave e39 world..2003 540i Mtech with nearly brand new motor

So as some of you guys now already im leaving e39 world (owner of 2014 328D) now. Love that car but already have new engine in mind for it..car has only 1200 miles. (In next few months im shipping over here a N57 from 2014 330d in europe with 8hp70z trans)..BMW really needs to sell a inline 6 diesel in 3 series up here in USA). SO before I go and leave e39 world and start having fun with F car, im going to do one more part out. This time im parting out a 2003 bmw 540i. The car was owned by a friend of mine and I purchased it from his insurance when he crashed it. The frame has 130K miles but engine had 75K. Engine came from a 2003 540i when his timing guides failed in the summer. The replacement engine (75K mile) was torn apart and I replaced vanos, timing guides, oil separator and a lot of gaskets and seals. Engine is in TIP TOP condition. Asking price for the motor is $2500. Transmission was serviced by BMW dealer at 100K miles. Torque converter was replaced and fluids were flushed (as well as trans filter). I also have bmw service history on the trans. Asking price for trans is $750 with the torque converter.

Wheels are AUTHENTIC M-Parallel M-Pars with BRAND NEW TIRES (Tires have less then 500 miles on them). Sumitomo HTRZ3 all around. Rims only have SLIGHT curb rash on front right and rear left.

All parts are for sale at this point. The parts that were destroyed in the crash are Jet black hood and fenders, bumper, core support fan. I actually do have all of those parts in sapphire black.

Wow...if my tc guides were to fail, that motor would be in my sights because my buddy dropped over $3500 just to have the guide rails done.

It would be a direct replacement for my 2000 4.4 M62TU, correct?

Need (L+R) fender splash guards and (R) under car shield (goes under the passenger compartment)

sunroof casette in working order? fold down rear seats?
