    Key won't turn all the way over in the ignition

    I have a 97 528i. The steering wheel stayed locked up until I put it in gear forward and reverse for a few day. Now the ignition won't turn over all the way. It gets to the number 2 position and comes back. I can't put it in gear because I can't turn it over. The steering wheel is locked. Please help I can't find nobody
