Alright, looks like I stumped all you guys. I put my door back together and everything works but it is part of something in the door panel. Not the penny you Jokesters! : )

That's definitely not part of your door panel. Maybe it's a 3-letter agency tracking device or a polonium dispenser?
Thats funny Dan. Heisenburgs Ricin stash just showed up. Maybe your right but Im still not sure. Its packed with the same looking grease as all the other things inside the door and its threaded inside. The way it fell too was odd, not until much after I removed it and moved it around.
How's your door brake working?
Ive never seen that part. Ever.
But Harold might be on to something with the brake.

I had my 96 door ripped apart last week, nothing looked like that to me!

Well its a mystery. Everything works fine so I won't worry. Thanks for the input. I went In there to open up the back of the speaker box. Made a nice improvement for mid bass in the door. I had a 4 inch crammed in there with no room to breath.
it is the door to the air valve when there is a roll which is opened or closed so it snaps into the end positions.
Sorry bad english.. :/
Fin, thats it! Thanks. Its a part inside a part of a part. The brass bullet fits in a plastic sleeve with two prongs. I found the two prong part when I took the door card off the second time.
Mission accomplished.
