I have a bad tumbler and looking around I found this for the wiring
Can anyone confirm this is correct or changes needed before I fry my ignition?

Sorry to bother you
but i read you know the wiring to converting a push button start ?
ANy chance you can send me a basic wiring?
here is what I have
position1 switch red and purple
position2 switch red and(green/white, green and brown/bue)
then relay for button
30 batterypower
85 ground
86 switch(push button)
87 starter wire
other side of switch to ground?

If you have EWS (which you do if you have the 328) you will still need the Key inserted, get an ECU that deletes EWS, or take the chip out of the key to set next to the EWS antenna

You will need both a switch to put the car into 'Run' and a button to start. No need for a relay. Just splice into the wiring for the ignition switch.

My suggestion is to spend $50 and get a new tumbler. That way you'll already have it fixed when you get tired of putzing around with the push start
