CD Head unit part numbers for Sirius Install

Hi. I have a 2002 BMW 325Xi and I would like to replace the stereo head unit with a Satellite radio capable one. I am looking at a couple and am wondereing if they will do:

65 12-6 921 902
65 12-6 927 902

Will these work for Sirius radio? How much are they worth? Thanks alot for the help in advance.

Her current head unit displays the radio station information along with song information. It has a MODE button instead of CD button. Do this mean that it is compatible with Sirius? Is there any way to tell without pulling the unit? Thanks
