How about an e39 m5 with absolutely no cosmetic issues and absolutely no mechanical issues....it fits in your price range ($9900) but has a bit of miles.... 174k?

My dad has one with a lot of paint peel and worn out interior (Royal Red on Magma), but very low mileage and LOTS of Dinan goodies (tune, HFMs, diff, suspension, etc.).
Not sure if we would let it go that cheap with all the Dinan stuff on it.

Both of those cars sound awesome!! But I really need one a little cheaper so hopefully I can find one with some cosmetic issues and a good price.
