    I know this is pretty old but can you (or anyone) tell me how (your actions) you initiate the drift in your m60 powered e34? Thanks alot.

    Mostly with a clutch kick.

    Now ...

    New chassis = less weight & more fun.

    A lot of time has gone into the country. Last season was great. The car runs very reliably and has only received an update for the cooling system over the winter and the bimmer get a new color.

    - '90 320i E30

    - empty
    - 2x Carat bucket seats
    - Schroth belts


    Drivetrain:

    - M60B40 swap
    - China air filter
    - 5-speed
    - Welded 3.73 E34 Diff
    - Radiator in the trunk

    Suspension / Wheels:

    - Apex-Performance Coilover 8/6 KG from an 200SX S13
    - 5-Lug Conversion (E36/Z4)
    - E36 Front Brakes / E34 V8 Rear Brakes
    - 24x 15 inch rims
    - 24x 16 inch rims
    - 16x 17inch rims
    - home made big angle kit

    Performance:

    - 286HP / 400NM
    - About 1100kg

    As the ABS mudguards broadened immediately after the first 4 tires in the last drift training, something more robust had to be done:

    Love the car. 17s always look goofy on E30s I wish I could hear more of that sexy V8. I hate how go pros don't do well with wind.

    Status: Someone put glitter in my oil. Wait. Why's all my oil outside the engine? What's that knocking?
